Keynote opening address by Tom Perkins, businessman and former Hewlett-Packard board member. Perkins is chairman of the board of the Norwegian American Cultural Foundation (NACF). The NACF was founded in 1993, with the objective of providing financial support for Norwegian cultural activities promoted by the Royal Norwegian Consulate General located in San Francisco.
On Saturday morning at 10:45, the Opening Ceremonies will officially kick off the 2010 Norway Day Festival.
The Consul General of Norway in San Francisco will lead the ceremonies. It will include each nation's national anthem and a key address to the crowd.
